THIRTY YEAR´S WAR

This is a general video about  Thirty Year´s war in which you can take the main reasons and causes of this conflict

In this case we are introducing you a film about the Thirty Years´ war. It is called The Last Valley. It is quite old (1970) but it is really good. It is also quite long (129´) but you can watch it in the different parts it as it  is presented in youtube (12 minutes each). The director is James Clavell (United Kingdom) and its main characters are Michael Caine and Omar Sharif. One of the greatest things of this film is its music by John Barry. 

This is a short synopsis of the film: During the Thiry Years´war, in 1637, an old teacher arrives to a little village located in a beautiful valley of Central Europe. This valley is not suffering the disasters of the war that the surrounding villages are enduring. But the place is also discovered by an army of mercenaries...
